Shipping Policy

Overview  

- In-stock orders are typically processed within 24-72 hours.  

- Paid orders will be shipped via our standard delivery method unless an alternative option is selected.  

- Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan: Orders are shipped via SF Express.  

- International orders: Shipped via ePacket/China Post Registered Air Mail.  

- Optional premium carriers: DHL, FedEx, or EMS available upon request.  

Important Notes  

- Orders with incomplete or unverified shipping addresses will be placed on hold. Please ensure your shipping address is correctly provided in English.  

- International customers are responsible for any applicable local import duties, taxes, or fees.  

- International Repairs: Shipping for repairs may incur import tariffs and taxes. Before mailing your item for service, please contact us at **support@andesaudio.com** for guidance on proper shipping procedures. Improper return shipments may result in additional fees.  

Free Shipping  

- ePacket/China Post Registered Air Mail: Free on all orders over $30 (or $75 for South/Central America).  

- DHL/FedEx: Free on all orders over $300.  

- EMS: Free on all orders over $400.
